背景简介：

C4d是抗体触发补体通过经典途径活化后C4的裂解产物，能稳定地结合在发生排斥的移植物内皮的表面。检测C4d作为机体针对同种异体移植物抗体检测的一个间接信号，大量研究表明：C4d是肾移植免疫中的重要标记物，同时也是心脏、肝及其他器官移植免疫检测的重要标记物。
